 FOREST RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

RULES FOR USAGE OF COMMON AREAS

The Board of Directors has adopted the following rules regarding the use of the Forest Ridge Homeowners Association's Common Area;

1. Motorized vehicles are not allowed to be operated on any portion of the Common Area. The term "motorized vehicles" includes automobiles, trucks, motor homes, recreational vehicles, motorized bikes, motorcycles, and All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs).

2. Motorized vehicles, trailers, campers, and boats are not allowed to be parked, stored, or maintained on any portion of the Common Area.

3. No permanent or semi-permanent construction or improvement (e.g., picnic shelters, gardens, trees or other landscaping, fencing, ball courts, barbeque areas, cycle ramps/jumps) may be undertaken on the Common Area.

4. No tree, living or dead, located in the Common Area, may be cut down or trimmed. Only the Board of Directors has the authority to authorize tree removal.

5. Fires, whether uncontained or contained, and fireworks of any type are not permitted on any portion of the Common Area.

6. Trash, garbage, motor vehicle fluids, animal remains and waste, grass and/or plant clippings, and leaves are not allowed to be placed on, or buried in, any portion of the Common Area.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in civil and/or criminal action being undertaken against the violator by the Board of Directors.
